1988 Yamaha 70hp Trim cylinder end screw

Hi, I'm trying to find out how to assemble trim cylinder end screws, there is a bush that seems to be a press fit, I'm wondering if there has to be a gasket cement type stuff that needs to be used when installing this bush, the part numbers are 51,52 and 54 on this page 1988 70ETLG Yamaha Outboard POWER TRIM - TILT ASSEMBLY Diagram and Parts
