150 HPDI Voltage Too High

I don’t know for certain if the high voltage was the only issue or if it was a combination of things. While I had it apart to change the regulator I went ahead and cleaned all of my plugs (connectors not spark) and pulled every ground strap I could find and sanded them also. So we know the regulator had failed for sure but I suspect some minor corrosion on the grounds and connectors played a part as well.
