Hello I have a question to ask . I have a 4 stroke 60 hp and I take excellent care of it. My question is after every use I flush the motor but I use well water and it is high in iron content should I be concerned about this . Thank you

May build up minerals in cooling passages over time, but any fresh water is better than leaving the saltwater in them

You should be able to get a water filter that'll allow enough water flow to flush the engine from the garden hose..
