I have a f115txrz that will surge when idling at low speed for a long period of time. The bulb has to be pumped up to get it going. I have replace gas line. It does not do it everytime you use the boat. Running about six miles an hour for 5 to 10 minutes in gear it does it. Fuel pump has not been replaced. New gas lines have been installed to built in tank.Any info will help

your describing a loss of fuel in the VST.
could be the lift pump is failing or you have an air leak in the system.

Dirty fuel injectors. Take out the inboard tank and clean it out or add inline filters..Ethanol is the culprit

I call BS on dirty injectors with the problem description.
the description is a simple VST is running out of gas.
          fuel pump or air leak.
simple thought process will tell you.

the key in this description is pumping the primer.

the ONLY reason your car/truck has NO primer is simple.
1 its rare you park your auto in the VERYICAL position.
2 the auto VST is called a gas tank.

the ONLY reason outboards use a primer???????
to simply prime the fuel system.
          that's it.

other than that you can toss the primer in an EPA approved dump site.
I got busted saying toss it in the creek.
