Set my oil pump link as per the service amnual, but it does not come all the way around to hit the full throttle stop. Motor is 2004 175 hpdi v max. thanks for any advise.

You really shouldn't have to mess with it but here's a pic of what it should look like properly adjusted:

There's plenty of thread on the linkage rod to adjust it.
