What should I expect to pay for having a new steering cable installed on my 17 foot Cobia with a 90 hp Yamaha?

    To get an idea:

    Teleflex Safe-T Quick-Connect Rotary Steering System SS137 - Overton's

$180 for a low end basic cable (shop around) and UP.

Probably 2-3 hours if paying someone.

If halfways mechanically inclined, free labor... Its not super hard to swap, the cables already attached to the working(steering) end.

NOTE: Your really need to have yours out to measure it for the correct replacement lenth.
