  • 2004 Yamaha 50 2-stroke Help

The motor was running great except after I idled for about 15-20 minutes then go to take off it would stall. Other than that it ran great. I decided I'd take the carbs off and clean them which I thought went well I completely gutted each carb soaked the jets and bowl in carb cleaner etc. After reassembly I can't get the motor to crank! Any ideas on what I screwed up? I notice when I pump the bulb and squeeze it tight I don't here the gas getting forced through the carbs like before. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!

Are you sure the floats are installed correctly?

Even if you made a mistake when reinstalling the carbs the engine should crank, maybe a loose ground?
Or something obvious like the kill switch? just wanted to mention that one, though unlikely.
