  • power trim part numbers

    My 1997 90hp model B90TLRV power trim assembly is a 6H1-15. Does anyone know the difference between a 6H1-15 & a 6H1-16?

It is a 6H1-43800-15-4D power trim and tilt assembly. Without the 43800 the numbers are meaningless.

No one outside of the engineering department in Japan will know the precise differences between the -15, the -16 and the -17 dash numbers. No one else really cares to know. Yamaha seems to not want any/many to know.

The -15 supercedes to the -16. The -16 supercedes to the -17. Order either the -15 or the -16 and Yamaha US will provide the -17 part. Form, fit and function interchangeable.
