Hello everyone, Its spring and I am getting my boat ready for the year. New plugs, new thermostats, cleaned the poppet valve, checked lower unit for water, new fuel water seperation filter, new in line fuel filter annd cleaned up the inside of the engine cowling. Fired her up and runs like a scalded dog in the driveway. But I notice the fuel in the glass bowl is at the 1/2 or 3/4 full. No water or the ring is not floating. Is it suppose to be full??? I just don't remember it being half full. I checked for leaks in the fuel lines and found none. Checked the breather vent and its not clogged, the fuel bulb gets hard and slowly in 10-15 mins gets a little softer. I don't know if the fuel bowl will fill up if i was out on the water at 3500rpms. Am i chasing ghosts?? I have owned the motor since new and never had any problems (knock on wood) with it.

Any ideas or thoughts on the matter???

    Thanks
