What weight oil is suggested these days?

2001 Yamaha F115 (4stroke)

What weight oil is the best? Has it changed since 2002? I have always run 10W30 but noticed there was alot of 25W40 weights at the store? Also heard second hand that Yamaha now recommends 20W50?
