Yamaha 70 hp 703 remote control box Neutral trigger lock pops out randomly

The neutral trigger lock keeps popping out when pushing to full throttle, locking handle. I know I will have to take handle apart to fix, but is there something specific that could be causing this?

Should be pretty obvious once it's opened.. Something broke..

Boscoe posted a parts diagram of one recently I believe...might be useful to go by. Lots of bits in there.
