Is it possible to hook up the Yamaha Diagnostic cable to this motor and retrieve useful info? If so, how and what info can I get?

the diagnostic test lamp, yes.
YDIS and a laptop, no.

not on an OX66motor.
only HPDI and EFI fourstroke so far.
