next time your at your local auto mokanic shop. ask the mokanik about your issues that only occurs after 45 min at 5800 RPM.
my guess is your going to get a blank look.
other than burning gas outboards do not share much with the auto world.
but asking the rotor to charge the battery and power a modern 46ft boat and act as a torsional balancer is a bit much.

Exactly. Which is why the damn thing needs a modern belt driven alternator. 150 amps (or more) no problemo. Make only the power that you need, when you need it.

With an electric power steering system I suspect the F450 will be an electrical energy consuming monster.

Haven't seen the battery(s) requirement yet but I suspect it(they) will be massive.

Yamaha needs to get out of their 1930's motorcycle driven technology mindset.
