I was told that NAPA autopaint have a close match to the yamaha paint.
Decals you can find on ebay or originals from yamaha for originals.
I contacted a local printing shop for replacements, they do boat wraps etc.
    good luck

Advance Auto has a grey metallic automotive spray paint that's a pretty darn good match for the Yamaha grey....of course, preparation will mean everything on any paint project...I use that spray paint to touch up the foot and skew on my motor and it looks pretty good...Maybe the spray paint followed with a clear coat would be a much better/more durable paint job...could ask the guys at the store?...

I used Color Rite to repaint my skeg. Looks exactly like the gray of my 115.
