Any experience out there with removal and sending to Flagship ?
My injectors went there for cleaning and it didnt solve my high RPM issue.
A Yama master mechanic told me the mistake my guys made was not sending the Hp fuel pump. He claims I can easily take it out and send to Flagship, I'm happy to give it a try but I dont have any experience removing it.
Any tips and advice is welcome
His words - if you did the VSP filters and inline filter, you are qualified to remove the pump.
    thanks

when you did the medium pressure filter, did you replace that clamp you cut off with the correct style clamp, as per service manual, or did you use a worm gear type clamp?

if you used the original oeticker style clamp good, procedd with the HP pump.
call flagship and ask for Jeff he will tell you how to pack and ship it.

if you used a worm gear style, quit while your ahead before you hurt yourself or somebody.

a 50 PSI fuel leak could get nasty, a 600 PSI+ fuel leak is a bomb.

No worm clamps used, thanks for the tip, I read about those things before.
The question was more about the HP pump and if its easy to take off.
