Help changing my impeller

Hi All,
Does anyone have suggestions on how to change my impeller on my 9.9 extra-long shaft? (25inch) I hate to confess never done it and it's a 1996 year but works as if new.

Also, if you go to "You Tube", there are several, very well made tutorials re changing it, tips etc. I'd pay closer attention to the video's made by a shop vs a back yard mechanic, but there's plenty of easy to follow directions and tips...

A shop manual would be a huge help, looking up a parts digram (a section up above "purchase yamaha parts") can be very usefull in how and the order of the assembly..
