How do you make a yamaha 225 excel turn 8000 rpms?

wide open throttle in gear with no load,, wont last long though,,,,

You'll have to snip the white rev limiter wire on the ignition first.......

I snipped it and it will only turn 7.

A shot of nitrous should do it....
