Yamaha 200 Outboard Knocks Under Power

I have a Yamaha 200 EXT that runs well while idling and in gear until it throttles up and it knocks pretty hard. All the plugs are getting spark and had the bottom end checked by a mehcanic and nothing seems to be wrong there. Anyone know what could be the cause for it to have a clunk under load/full power?

could be a bottom main,connecting rod big end or wristpin bearing.

could be spark knock from incorrect fuel or ign timing.
