  • help ID bolt, will not start

This bolt was found on the starboard side of my 1993 200 hp Yami outboard (L200W) in the bottom of the engine area, same side as throttle linkages from helm control. I found this after my boat lost power and I could not get it started again. The end of the threaded section appears sheared off. I could start it by giving it extra gas in neutral and choking it, but it would die when putting it in gear. I could not find where it goes. Any help would be appreciated. I'm traveling for work now and don't have access to the boat, but have read up on TPS (throttle position sensor). Could this be a mounting bolt for it?

It was a rod bolt. I threw a rod and need a new power head.
