Where can I get part for Yamaha 20?

I bought a used 20MSHR code 6L3S that hasn't run for 3-4 yrs. Doesn't pump water at start-up, so I shut it down right away. Where can I get Parts (water pump & ?)and a Service Manual? I don't know what year it is. Thanks

That is a 1993 model, the water pump repair kit is # 6L2-W0078-00-00 and we can get you a Yamaha service manual or a Clymer manual that covers that engine
