    just put new F70 Yamaha on tracker tournament pro 18 it has a stiletto 13.5x15 ss prop can only turn 5200 rpm dealer purchased from says that is ok but maybe raise motor 1 hole already close to 1 inch above bottom of boat but should not go to lower pitch on prop was suggested by another dealer to go to turbo 14x13 pontoon 1 Need to know which way to go?

    ask if they will let you try it and bring it back if not what you want or need

      Way too low on WOT RPM.

      That motor has a redline of 6300 RPM. You are below the minimum recommended WOT RPM. Show the dealer your owner's manual.

      Once the engine height is established for best performance select a propeller that will let the motor turn at or near 6300 when the boat has at least a normal load.

        find a dealership with a Yamaha master tech.
        not a hull dealership.
        way way to low on the RPM.
        way way to large on the prop.
        dealership should have done a proper PDI and you should have signed it.
