impeller removal

Trying to remove collar to replace impeller. it won't budge! I'm afraid I've already cracked the bushing... what's the easiest way to remove this thing????

After you pull housing leave metal cover on, using it as a pry point with 2 flatheads

I bill 90/hr.
two attempts then I cut 12 dollars worth of parts.
if it wont come 0ff, and some wont, cut it and replace it.
I use a small sharp chisel.
