Does anyone know what gauges come with motor? Is there a normal pkg supplied by Yamaha for dealer to install or is this just a impossible to answer question since there are so many possible variables.

The gauges are optional they don't come with motor (Dealers sometimes put packages together). The most popular gauges are the Multifunction Tach kit (6YR-W0035-E1-00) and the Multifunction Tach and Speedometer kit (6YR-W0035-F1-00). They come with all the harness's needed to install.
