Test Meters

What is reccomended for a DVM, DVA, and Kv meters for outboard use.
Time to upgrade my old analog meters and have the proper tools for the newer motors.
Many years of carb work, engine builds, and on cars a distrubitor machine at a buddies shop i just used a radio shack meter or a fluke. Now i need to relearn the electronics troubleshooting.
Worked on a few mobile phones when they were a 50lb unit keypad and push to talk mic. Times have changed.

fluke is a good meter, I use a fluke. with a DVA Adapter, I also have a craftsman that is a true RMS meter, it works good as well..
