F150 NMEA 2k info - trim settings

Just set up a Lowrance HDS 7 Touch to get all engine info - everything went well including water pressure and fuel (optional sensors) and I DID connect the two pink wires to get trim info. However, the info I get is quite sketchy and I cannot tell where the trim is actually set. Any ideas on what to look for? The original analog trim gauge still works but not as it did before - perhaps I need to disconnect the wiring for the original gauge somewhere on the motor to resolve a conflict - any ideas on where to find this??

Test trim sender on engine and trim cam around tilt tube is not broken.
