What's the difference between 6E5-43865 and 6G5-43865 trim o-rings? First is for 1989 175 and second for 1989 150 and 200.

6E5 and 6G5 designate the first engine they were built for, the 6g5 supercedes to a 6G5-43865-01-00, the other one does not supercede, i would order the correct one for your application.. -
No one had the 6G5 in stock. Had to go with the 6E5. Would like to see them side by side. One costs twice as much.Comment

Actually catalog is incorrect. #5 and #28 are obviously totally different but show the same part number:
