115 yamaha four stroke

Hi I have a 2009 115 four stroke 2500hrs last time I took it out it ran fine when I came home it was hard to start I let it sit for a week and now it want start without the warm up leaver and then it want rev and runs rough can anyone help thanks.

I would look carefully at what fuel is in the VST, drain a sample in a clear jar.
then look carefully at the ISC valve.
