    hi i was wondering if anyone could tell me by this picture if there is a crack in the back of the top cylinder if so would this matter for rebuild....i know theres no pressure goin back towards it the compression on goes from the top of the piston but im wondering if this would hurt if i rebuild it will all new pistons???

    anyone got any advice they can give me....its not cracked on the other side im not sure if its a crack or a crease in the casting i just bought this off ebay and i am only going by the pictures the seller says it is good to be rebuilt just wanted some advice from the techs on this site,,,,any help would be appreciated guys thanks

      I do not think you will get much replies to your question due to it being just a picture.

      May need to take it to a shop and have it looked at in person.
      But you never know , someone may jump in there and give you there opinion

        take it to a machine shop.
        I send my stuff to Ron's machine and equipment in portsmouth VA.

        ALL the outboard stuff I have ever delt with from fleabay is worth about 18 cents a pound.
