Wiring diagram for multifunction tachometer connected to Yamaha 90 Aeto 2000

Hey. I have a Yamaha 90 two-stroke Aeto 2000. But I must have incorrectly connected between the motor and tachometer. Have no alarm in the control box and constant overheat blink on tachometer. Where can I find the wiring diagram for this multifunction tachometer?
