2004 90HP 4 Stroke Leaking

Just purchased a 2004 Lowe Stinger 180W with 2004 Yamaha 90HP 4 Stroke. Low Hours. Had just been serviced and injectors cleaned. Had it parked in front of my garage on the concrete with motor tilted all the way up. about 14hrs later noticed a puddle under the motor. Looked like new oil. Is this a problem? Or could it be something loose? Looks like it is leaking just above the lower unit. So the lower unit should be fine. Does not leak when the motor is vertical.

If it is spilled oil running out the there is not a problem, just need to clean everything up.

But if it is coming out of the crankcase there is a problem

the other problem?
the 04 F90 had NO injectors.
it was a carburated motor.
05 was the first of the injected F90.
