2005 Yamaha 25 hp Electic Start Conversion kit

Anyone know what is needed to convert a 2005 Yamaha F25MSHD from manual to electric start? Is it possible and if so what parts are need? Anyone have a rough estimate on total cost? Is this something that can be done by someone with an electical/mechanical background or is it something a dealer or marine shop would need to perform? Any help / feedback is appreciated.

There is not any conversion kits available, would have to buy all parts separate and would probably run about a $1000.00 or so.
