VmaxHpdi 200 hp switching back to a prop

I was told that I can put a 25' shaft on my 2001 200 VMax HPDI. Using a longer lower unit , one piece drive shaft with a five inch extension kit and the metal housing. Lower unit is from a different motor. My motor is a jet and want to go back to a prop. Thanks

That is correct, just make sure the extension kit has the necessary cooling tube and shift shaft extension
