Not pumping oil to engine tank

Need help no oil pumping to small tank on engine, How do you test sending unit In tank take on engine? Put 12v power to primary oil tank pump does work.

had that happen try changing the filter at the bottom of the oil tank

tired this morning.
but what is the dang model number?
there are at least 2 versions of the V4 and about 4 of the V6.
cant help until we got an idea of which oiling system we are disscussing.

DX150 TLRA indicates it is or was a twin prop OX66 150 HP trim 20"shaft and a 2002 year run.
if thats correct the oiling system uses a run signal from the pulser coil and does not use a mercury switch or a trim signal.
everything else works about the same as all my other posts.
