  • Looking for a part number

Trying to find a part number and place to purchase a fuel injector plug. Building a fuel injector cleaning station and want to make it easier by simply plugging into the injector with my 5 Volt dc switched source.

I assume all Yamaha injectors use the same wire end plug
    I have both a 2007 60hp 4S and a 2010 90hp 4S

the F60 and F90 should use the same connector.
I dont know if a test harness is avalible for them yet or if your going to have to find a junk/scrap harness and cut off the ends.
I know there are at least 4 different plug styles for the F yamaha.
there are two for the two stroke yamaha.
the injectors operate on 12V and four stroke,45 PSI.
no published data on flow rates.
OX66 EFI operates on 12V at 35 PSI, again no published data.
2.6L HPDI operates on about 90V and about 700 PSI again no data.
the 3.3L HPDI operates on about 90V and about 1100 PSI, again no data.
all have internal non field servicable filters.
I read somewhere that Bosch can supply replacement filters but I dont know.

Thanks Rodbolt - sure appreciate the info

For some reason I thought they operated at 5 Volts on my engines, operation at 12 Volts make the project easier.

Yes a scrapped wiring harness or just the plug itself would be great, only problem is that I can not find one anywhere. If you happen to have one laying around I would be happy to purchase it.

Who supplies Yamaha with the connectors?
Maybe I can go to them directly if I can not find a scrapped wiring harness

        cant help much there.
I dont know if K&L tools is making a test connector yet.
most the connectors are not avalible seperatly from a complete harness.
