prop spinnig

I originally thought I installed the starboard lower unit in forward. But when the engines are off and in neutral the props spin freely. How ever when I start them the starboard prop spins significantly more then the port. I know the will spin a little especially out of water. But this seems like a lot. The starboard motor was even idling lower because it was warmed up more. It seems to spin at least 4 times faster than the port in neutral. I never noticed this before, could it be just normal? I posted a video on you tube. the link is below. The smoke gets pretty thick quick but you can see it on initial start up.

its normal.
its the friction of the oil.

why does the starboard spin so much more than the port? Is it because the port is counter rotating?
