2000 250 OX66 Saltwater Series-No Spark

I have a new non-current 2000 250 OX66 Saltwater Series that I just mounted and it won't start. It turns over fine, but it has no spark. Any ideas?

Try a new battery that engine requires a battery with 512CCA with 182 Reserve capacity that will maintain 10 volts or more at cranking. If voltage drops below 10 volts it will not start.

Make sure the kill switch lanyard is in place properly.

kill, neutral at 703/704 and if i remember right a switch at the gear linkage at motor.
