F115 Excessive fuel consumption

I recently observed an excessively amount of fuel being consumed by this engine.One observation is that the oil lever has increased.
we had removed a defective thermostat and ran the engine without it for a while since it was stuck.
My Mecahnic says that the computer senses that the engine is cold so it dumps extra fuel,he also change the thermosensor.However,the same problem exist.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated

Check the pressure control valve(mounted in exhaust cover), if thermostat was stuck open then the pressure valve may be also.

You say that the oil LEVEL has increased?
If so, then maybe the fuel pump has a split diaphram in it and fuel is leaking into the crankcase and mixing with the oil and vaporizing and getting past the PCV valve - I'm guessing here, so hopefully someone (like Hamfisted) will give us a more qualified answer.
