2004 200hp hpdi rpm problems

I switched vst,s on mine and the problem is now with the other motor, I have ordered a new electrical fuel pump , I think the blue wire is not grounding above 1200 rpm, parts should arrive in a weeks time, will let you know

only the OX66 uses a 2 speed pump.
the HPDI pump runs at a single speed.
I think your going to be dissapointed with your new parts.

It solved the problem on the other motor, will let you know how it goes when the parts arrive

got the motors put back together and launched the boat today, ran awesome. I learned a ton of troubleshooting and testing along the way - glad to have my boat back on the water! thanks

Good to hear they are running well again, was it the injectors?

yep - turned out to be two that quit when warm when bench tested on the port motor, the starboard motor had one that was still lean after cleaning.

Always good to hear someone solved there problems and are running again.
It gets very frustrating trying to solve some problems.

Did you have to get all injectors serviced to find the crook ones?

Is there a way to check injectors on the motor/
