2003 50tlrb tilt and trim problem

my power tilt and trim stop working and the engine is now stuck partialy in the down postion. now when I hit either switch I get a cliking sound coming from inside the engine housing some where near the starter. I am thinking it is the relay or something electrical but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes that sounds like the relays. Unhook the trim motor and connect (temporarily) to a battery. If the trim works, reverse polarity, if it moves the opposite direction, then you should replace your relays.
