How to Fog a '06 F225TXRD?

Anyone have good advice? Surprised that both the OM and the SM make slight reference to it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Just spray fogging oil into air silencer cover intake holes while running engine at a fast idle. Spray into all intake holes.
