2001 SX225 with new problem

Well other than my still lingering problem of running terrible rich and rough at idle and no wake speed now when on plane it acts like the throttle is being pulled back and then it takes off again, it does not stall out but slows to near no wake speed.

monitor the fuel rail pressure and timing while problem is happening to see if they are changing
