Marine Stabil question

I lnow the marine stabil treats the ethanol. This may be a dumb question, but is it also a stabilzer for the fuel?

YES it is, use the Marine Stabil not the regular Stabil that is red.

I have used the "green" stabil for the Ethanol religiously, but was just curious. Thanks!!

I still use the old Red Stabil, since the new Green Marine Stabil costs a good bit more...Red seems to work fine.

My understanding is that the marine is just a more concentrated red stabil. That said, I've done the snake oil route. Now I just pay extra and/or drive out of my way to purchase non-ethanol fuel. It took thousands of dollars, but I finally learned my lesson.
