new LCD marine meter wiring

I just received my new Multifunction Speedometer 6Y5-83570-S5-00, and just want to make sure I am hooking it up right.

I have a 1991 Ski centurion Barefoot Warrior, with a Yamaha Pro V 200 motor
Model P200TLRP, Serial #300775

The old unit has 1 set of 7 wires:
white, white with blue stripe, gray all w/female plugs,
yellow, red, 2 blacks all w/male plugs
Plus another set with 2 wires for light?

The new unit has 6 wires period:
white w/female plug
red, blue, yellow and 2 blacks all w/male plugs

It looks like white to white, red to red, yellow to yellow,
blue to white with blue stripe which would have the wrong plug?
black to black and since there are 2 blacks does it matter which black the black goes to?

One more question is the factory setting for MPH- thanks

The white wire on speedo connects to fuel tank sender wire(usually pink wire). Blue wire on speedo connects to blue wire in gauge harness coming from key switch same as old gauge did.
Will need to set dip switches in back of gauge.
