4hp spraying gas at throttle pin

Would appreciate some help! 2005 F4MSHD 4HP is spraying gas to the rear from where the throttle pin passes through the carb. There's a snap ring, flat washer, and white plastic ring on the end of the pin, but there is still some play.
Is it missing an o-ring or something to make the seal with the carb body? It's not covered in the parts diagram. Thanks!

Yamaha doesn't offer throttle shaft bushings or parts, either have to manfacture a new bushing or buy new carb.
