Compression WAS good- That's the strange part.
they were all at 9,0 bars-no deviation at all. Guy at the workshop said that there was water entering the combustion chamber- Not from the petrol, but from "somewhere" else.
OK, here is the end of the story-
Cylinder sleeve had turned 90 deg., thus blocking inlet/exhaust ports. Extremely rare according to the workshop guy. To expensive to repair. Damn...
