Engine not pissing

I have twin Yamaha 70's one engine works fine the other stopped pissing. The impellers are both good. I have checked the water intake on the lower unit and rechecked the impeller for blockages. I swapped the theromasts from the good engine with no luck and swapped the lower units which resulted in both engines not pissing now... Seems like it has to be something with swapping the lower units. Could there be something I did wrong when installing the lower units? Any help would be much appreciated!! Thanks in advance fellas!

drop the lowers again and look to make sure you get water tube stabed into pump properly. while you have it off hook up water hose to water tube to see if that will put water out tell tail.

You might want to blow compressed air into tell tail or run a piece of weed eater line in it to see if it is plugged
