Water in my lower cowl

I replaced waterpump on my 01 sx150. went on my shakedown run everthing ran great. but after docking I raised my motor and had salt water run out of cowling. I then lowered motor and ran with out cowl and could not see any leaks. it was to rough to run at higher speeds with out cowl on. is this a leak at high RPMs?

check the speedometer pitot tube.
also check/clean the cowl drains.
