94 C75TLRS outboard Piston Rod Bolts

Can not insert regular Female Torx Sockets on 2 Bolt heads holding Rod to Crankshaft (Part No 22 on Boats. Net Schematic) -space between bolt head and Outer Half Ring (Part No 21 on same schematic) too tight. Do I need a Special Yamaha tool???

Other suggestions????
