remote oil reservoir location

Hi,

On a 2010 Yamaha 175 VMax HPDI, how far from the motor can you mount the reservoir oil tank? I like to put it up in the bow of my jet boat, roughly 20 foot run, but now sure if the pump can handle it or if it would shorten the life of it. If it is possible, what size tubing should I use? Bigger?

You can mount it in bow just make sure that it will fill completly fill a empty engine oil tank in 3 minutes or less when first turn key on.
