Tach for 05 Yamaha 50hp 4stroke

Hello,

Is the 6YR-W0035-E1-00 kit all I need to install the tach?...no other harnesses needed etc?
Also can I purchase the tach rigging instuctions?
If so what is the part #?

Yes the kit has both the engine harness and power lead. There isn't any instruction manual, but there will be a card with tach with the tach settings for a 2004 F50 are 2 wire trim sender, 12 pole alternator and four stroke engine. The power wire harness connects to ign. switch(green,yellow and black wire that is located at key switch if have dash mount switch panel or on control box if side mount control box is used.) in the middle of that harness is a yellow and blue wire, plug yellow and blue togather and the backlight in gauge will come on when key is in on position or connect the blue wire to navigation light switch on boat to have gauge light to come with boat nav lights. The long harness is marked which end goes to engine, locate matching connectors inside engine cowling and connect harness.
